Eagle Nonwovens Inc., located in St. Louis, Missouri, began producing technical needlepunch nonwovens in July of 2000. Their 170,000 square foot facility houses state of the art Dilo System Group production equipment with inline calendaring, heat setting, singing, and glazing.
Eagle produces materials ranging from 3.0 to 50.0 ounces per square yard, from 0.020″ to 0.500″ thick, and up to 200″ wide. Depending on the product mix, Eagle can process over 30 million pounds of synthetic fiber annually.
Eagle provides creative problem solving even in price sensitive or commodity segments. Being entrepreneurial enables Eagle to react more rapidly to market shifts than larger, more hierarchal, firms.
